Paint Party Terms & Conditions

Thank you for booking a Paint Party with Brandie Adams-Piphus (BAPArt)! Please review the following terms and conditions, which apply to all bookings.


1. Booking & Payment

A 50% deposit, calculated based on a 10-person minimum, is required to secure your booking.

The deposit must be paid at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled event date. Reservations not paid in time may be released.

The final balance is due on the day of the event. An invoice will be sent in advance for your convenience.

If more than 10 guests attend, you will be billed for each additional attendee at the per-person rate (see Pricing below).

Accepted payment methods: Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, or Card.


2. Pricing

$35 per person if BAPArt provides wine (up to 3 glasses per person).

$27 per person if BYOB.

Minimum booking: 10 participants.

If attendance exceeds 10 participants, the host will be billed for the additional guests at the same per-person rate.


3. Party Planning & Communication

After submitting your deposit, please email info@bapart.net with your final guest count and painting selection at least two weeks prior to your event.

We will provide painting options for you to choose from.

Please indicate whether you are selecting BYOB or Artist Provides Wine at the time of booking.


4. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable, except if you cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled event.

If you cancel within 7 days, your deposit is forfeited.

If BAPArt must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be refunded in full or applied to a rescheduled date.


5. Alcohol Policy

For the “Artist Provides Wine” option:

We will provide a mix of red and white wine, unless otherwise requested in advance.

Wine service includes up to 3 glasses per guest and plastic wine cups.

For BYOB events:

Guests must supply their own beverages and glasses.

All guests consuming alcohol must be 21+ in accordance with state and local laws.

 


6. Setup & Cleanup

We will provide all painting supplies: canvases, brushes, paints, aprons, table coverings, and easels.

Please ensure there is adequate space, tables, and seating for your group prior to our arrival.

We will handle setup and breakdown of our materials but are not responsible for general venue cleaning outside of paint supplies.


7. Liability & Damages

BAPArt is not responsible for spills, stains, or damages to clothing, furnishings, or property. Aprons are provided but painting is a hands-on activity—please plan accordingly.

BAPArt is not liable for injuries, accidents, or illnesses during the event, including those related to alcohol consumption.

The host is responsible for ensuring a safe environment for all guests.


8. Agreement

By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

You agree to pay the full remaining balance on or before the day of your event, including costs for any additional attendees.
