Commissioned Poly Portraits

Poly illustration portraits are made of intersecting triangles. I will create your portrait based on the reference photo you submit. Submitting payment means you agree with the terms and conditions below: 

Terms and Conditions for Commissioned Portraits

**1. Payment**
All commissioned portrait fees must be paid in full prior to the initiation of the artwork. Submission of payment indicates that the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

**2. Turnaround Time**
The estimated turnaround time for completion of the commissioned portrait is 2-3 weeks from the date of payment receipt. This timeframe may vary depending on the artist's schedule and the complexity of the artwork.

**3. Fee Coverage**
The commissioned fee covers the artist's time to create the portrait and includes the printing of the canvas in the size of your choice.  Be sure to choose the size you want.

Any additional costs related to framing, shipping, or special requests will be discussed and billed separately.

**4. Initial Concept**
The artist will provide an initial concept for the portrait no later than 10 business days after payment is received. This concept will serve as the foundation for the final artwork.

**5. Revisions**
The commission includes two rounds of revisions based on the initial concept provided. Customers are encouraged to provide clear feedback during these rounds.

**6. Additional Revisions**
Any additional revisions beyond the included two rounds, or a change in direction from the original concept, will incur an additional charge of $50 per hour. The customer will be informed of any additional costs before work begins on further revisions.

**7. Agreement**
By submitting payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
